The Lake access gate has been vandalized….again.
The 25 foot drive chain has been removed, leaving it inoperable. It will cost about $250 in materials to repair the gate.

I have received the approved visitor hang tags and GAPOA stickers to be given to property owners in good standing.

At this point, the access gate will remain OPEN,
and distribution of hang tags and stickers will be put on hold,
until I can get 4 Association volunteers (non board members)
for the Safety and Services Committee who are willing to monitor the Lake area and enforce the GAPOA Rules and Regulations.

If anyone is interested in becoming a member of this Committee, please contact me.

The party is Friday October 28th, at the Lake Pavilion. It starts at 7pm and ends at 11:30pm. There will be music, dancing, food and drinks, but feel free to bring anything you want to help out. (BYOB) It’s also a costume party, so wear your costumes!Kids are welcome to come. The pizza will be served around 5:30.There will be a trunk or treat, so bring your cars and candy for the kids, around 6- 6:30. There will also be a pet costume contest, so bring your dogs with their costumes on. We will have lots of treats, food and drinks.
